We are proud to own and operate one of Africa’s best restaurant and bakery chains and we pride ourselves on our ability to consistently deliver original food and service solutions whether in workplaces, schools and colleges, hospitals, joining even remote sites and different cultural environments using our team of young seasoned professionals and an entire workforce with a passion to deliver nothing but the best to every customer.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: Administrative Assistant (MD’s Office)Location: Port Harcourt, RiversEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Tasks And ResponsibilitiesHandling information and document requests from staff and outside partiesCollate and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties; compose and prepare correspondence; maintain contact listsSchedule executive meetings and keep detailed meeting notesDraft letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documentsReceive incoming communication or memos addressed to the office of the Managing Director, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropraite staffPerform filing duties and controls all documents for Managing Director’s officeAssist in Board meeting preparations e.g all bookings, travel arrangements etcOrder office supplies for the office of the Managing DirectorProvide general support to Managing Director’s visitorsMonitor leases and ensure company renew leases on all its occupied spaces in good timePerform a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the attainment of organizational outcomesExtract and clean business data for further analysisPrepare periodic business and financial reports using developed templates/models.Required QualificationsMinimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
